Snatch Deadlift + Floating Power Snatch
**Floating Snatch – starts just off the floor + pause in catch
**You will deadlift to hips, then lower the bar to just an inch off the floor (DON’T TOUCH). Then power snatch and pause for 2 seconds in the receiving position. Then stand.
