TeenFit Program
CrossFit Westfield is excited to announce the launch of our TeenFit program!
WHAT: A strength and conditioning program. Athletes will learn basic body weight movements such as air squats, push ups and pull ups. We will also focus on strength, speed, agility and overall body awareness on how to move safely when exercising. We have built the program for all kiddos no matter their ability!
WHO: Ages 12 and up – no matter skill level or athleticism
WHEN: 6:30pm-7:30pm Every Tuesday and Thursday
