On-Ramp CrossFit Beginners Classes
What is On Ramp?
On Ramp is a way to introduce Functional Movements through CrossFit Training into your life.
What to expect?
During your On Ramp program you will get four 1:1 hour long sessions with one of our certified trainers. During each hour you will be introduced to the basic movements we use in CrossFit, mobility and a variations of Metcon used in class. No matter what level you are at or what your fitness background is, your trainer will teach you the movements and make sure you are doing them safely and efficiently before you enter our group classes.
When is On Ramp Available?
We can schedule your On Ramp sessions on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 8a and 9:45a or Tuesday and Thursday between 2:30p-4:30p. If these times do not work for you, no problem, we can work around your schedule to get you in and started on your CrossFit journey with us.
