CFW offers 4 main memberships, 2 classes a week, 3 classes a week, individual unlimited a week and couples unlimited a week.
Do you offer a trial class?
Of course, we offer one free trial class. Please contact us ahead of time so we can best accomdate you.

Are your trainers / coaches certified?
All our coaches are experienced, Crossfit Level 1 Certified.
Our trainers are decided on three things: teaching, motivating, and encouraging people to meet their own individual goals. With a variety of fitness and wellness backgrounds, our trainers are passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
Where can I get more information about CrossFit training?

Do you accept drop-ins / walk-ins?
CFW does accept drop-in’s but please let us know you’re coming ahead of time!
Are childcare options available at your facility?
CFW does have childcare options available. It varies by class time, but you can always ask our staff ahead of time if you have any questions or concerns!
