Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
30 min amrap
with a partner

20 situps
15 wallballs
10 box jump
5 muscle ups (10 strict pullups/10 dips)

Partner 1 works through amrap while partner 2 runs 400m. Switch when partner 2 gets back (picks up where partner 1 left off).
